There are no Refunds or Returns on items being liquidated, dragonfly jewels, turtlebacks or tools. 

If you are dissatisfied with a vinyl cut out stencil please submit a tech support request along with photos or give me a call. I can either remake them or send a refund upon receipt of the original item back to me. In other words, no using the stencils or vinyl cutouts and then expecting a refund.
